We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs and working effectively as part of a classroom team.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience working with children, ideally in a SEN setting (or equivalent transferable skills).

  • Support & Engagement: Ability to effectively support the class teacher in delivering structured lessons and proactively engage pupils in learning activities.

  • Safeguarding & Attendance: A robust understanding and unwavering commitment to safeguarding children and the critical importance of attendance in promoting pupil progress and well-being.

  • Adaptability & Sensitivity: Understanding the importance of lesson structure and being able to sensitively adapt and accommodate support strategies, resources, and communication styles based on individual pupil needs and situational requirements.
