Young people come here because mainstream school wasn't the right fit - but with the right support, they absolutely thrive.
And that's where you come in.
- Starting each morning with a relaxed check-in - no rush, no stress
- Spending time with students 1:1, getting to know what helps them feel safe
- Supporting them through gentle sports activities and movement
- Playing football on the field, shooting hoops, or chatting over table tennis
- Encouraging independence - sometimes it's as simple as helping them make breakfast
- Helping them understand emotions and build confidence through routine
- Taking part in outdoor activities, walks, and creative downtime
- Celebrating every tiny step forward - because they all matter
You will NOT be stuck at a desk.
You will NOT be delivering classroom lessons.
You WILL be active, engaged, moving, talking, laughing, and building trust all day long.

- Full-time, 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- £93 per day, 12-week temp-to-perm
- Free training including Team Teach
- Based in Eastleigh, easy access to M3
