Our focus is on placing candidates in stable, long-term positions that offer genuine security and frequently evolve into permanent school contracts.

- Help build pupil confidence and a love for learning during their formative years.

- Solid knowledge or experience working within Early Years Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1 settings.
- A patient, caring, and nurturing personality suitable for working with primary-aged children.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
What We Offer
- Secure, consistent work with a defined route to a permanent contract.
- Personalised career support from a dedicated specialist consultant.
- Access to free Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses, such as phonics training and speech and language support.
- The opportunity for a paid trial day to bypass the standard interview pressure.
How to Apply
- Send in your up-to-date CV.
- Have a friendly initial chat with Jack at Long Term Futures.
- Complete the necessary compliance checks (Right to Work, DBS, and professional references).
- Undertake a brief video interview regarding safeguarding procedures.
- Attend a trial day or interview at the school.
