Crynodeb
Work under the overall supervision of a registered practitioner.
Be responsible for participating and assisting in the delivery of delegated personal care to patients within the ward/department team.
Carry out a number of delegated routine procedures requiring a base level of knowledge, understanding, practical competency and skill specific to the personal care of patients.
Vacancies have arisen within the Female Gastroenterology Ward F4 at North Manchester General Hospital
You will have the opportunity to join a diverse multidisciplinary team of professionals committed to the high quality care of patient. Relevant experience is an advantage but training will be provided. You will demonstrate compassion and empathy.
You will be expected to work a variety of shifts including weekend, nights and bank holidays.
As part of striving for excellence, it has been accepted that the same standard of service should be available regardless of the day and time in which it is delivered. In view of this, seven day working is likely to occur throughout with a likely requirement to work fewer but longer shifts in the interest of continuity of care. All positions offered and appointed to are in full recognition and acceptance of these requirements.
