Our central Newark client is looking for a Team Supervisor to join their well-established busy team. They will be responsible coordinating all activities within the department to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Duties include:
• Maintaining the team’s overall efficiency and performance.
• Working closely with Manager to determine weekly schedules and KPI requirements.
• Ensuring correct stock levels are maintained,
• Overseeing the quality of products being passed to the Quality Team for final inspection,
• Working closely with the Production Engineering Team to resolve any production-related issues
To be considered for this role candidates must have previous management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel.
Previous production or assembly experience helpful but not essential.
