General Operative
Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for multiple General Operatives for our long-standing client based in Droitwich. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.
Our client is a major distributor of dairy products across the UK. You'll be working in a chilled environment due to the nature of the goods, supporting operations within the logistics, distribution, and supply chain sector.
Your role as a General Operative
- Picking and packing orders into designated areas
- Moving empty trolleys for restocking
- Relocating stock within the warehouse
- Labelling orders accurately for dispatch
- Quality checking products
- Flexibility to work across different sections as needed
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- Ability to work in a chilled environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Available to work flexible shifts across the week
- Previous warehouse or production experience desirable
Pay & Shifts
Choose your preferred shift and working days (Monday to Sunday):
- 06:00-16:00
- £12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri)
- £12.58 per hour (Saturday)
- £13.00 per hour (Sunday)
- £12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri)
- £12.58 per hour (Saturday)
- £13.00 per hour (Sunday)
