Summary
FULL-TIME PERMANENT ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Applicants should have experience using Microsoft applications (Particularly Excel & Word), be confident using a desk top PC. Some office/admin experience desirable, but not essential as full training will be given. Must have a can do attitude and be willing to learn.
Applicants should have an excellent telephone manner, be polite and able to converse fluently in English.
DUTIES/ROLE - (Not limited to)- Submitting quotes for works- Collating information, reporting on works completed- Booking appointments with tenants and updating diaries- Answering the Office Phone to answer Queries from Housing Officers/Tenants/Engineers- Data entry into in house systems and sheets
- Answering Queries via Email from Customers/Clients
WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday - 9am-5pm One every 10-12 weeks once trained
40 Minute paid lunch break
Benefits:
Initial Hourly Rate of £12.50 per Hour (During Trial)
Raising to Will be discussed after trial
Monthly Pay (PAYE) - Last Working Day of the Month
