Summary
We are looking to recruit 2 Maternity Support Worker for the Dover Community Midwifery team on a 12 month fixed term contact to cover maternity leave. One position is for 24 hours a week, the other is for 15 hours a week.
The successful applicant will be motivated, able to work independently as well as within a team and strive to provide exceptional care to women throughout the pregnancy continuum.
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the East Kent Hospital Trust Dover community team to support the midwives in their provision of woman centered midwife led care.
This is an excellent opportunity for professional and personal development for those who want the experience of working in a flexible service. It is essential that applicants have the basic level of competency identified in the personal specification.
The successful applicant will be a crucial member of the maternity team providing clinical support to women and babies as well as clerical, administrative, general housekeeping and other supportive roles within the midwifery service.
