Summary
Our client is an Automotive Service Centre and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Reading area.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £36000.
Benefits:
- Up To £36,000 Salary Depending On Experience
- Monday To Friday 7.30am - 5pm ONLY
- No Weekend working hours!
- Family Run Independent Garage Environment - History Dating Back 40+ Years!
- Previous Automotive Aftersales Experience Required
Duties:
- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.
To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
