Nursery Area Manager with managerial experience needed ASAP for this group of nurseries in Wimbledon Park!

As an Area Manager, you will be working across 3 nursery settings to support the staff at each, and be flexible to step in when needed (as Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager etc in urgent situations). You will also be the SENCO and DSL for all 3 settings and it is essential that you are trained in both.

This is initially a 1 year fixed maternity cover contract to start ASAP, and there will be the potential for further opportunities beyond this. This is a full time role to work 30-40 hours per week, with the salary ranging from £45k-£50k per annum.

It is essential for this Area Manager position that you have either 2+ years of experience in a managerial role with operations in a nursery setting, or at least 5 years experience as a Nursery Manager in a high functioning setting. It is also required that you have experience with Ofsted and good IT skills.

An Early Years degree would be desirable but is not essential for this role, and English and Maths at GCSE or Functional Skills level are essential.
