We are currently recruiting for Head of Compliance, Facilities and Estates.
A key member of the Leadership Team, the Head of Compliance, Facilities
& Estates will lead the strategic planning, delivery, and continuous
improvement of Valleys to Coast’s compliance, facilities and estates
operations. Ensuring that all aspects of landlord and corporate obligations
are met, providing safe, high-quality, and well-managed homes,
workplaces, and communal areas for customers, staff and visitors.
Provide strategic leadership across compliance, estates, and facilities
management, ensuring decisions and operational priorities are informed
by accurate data, regulatory requirements, customer insight, and best
practice. It acts as a catalyst for innovation, culture change, and
partnership working to support Valleys to Coast’s commitment to creating
safe, welcoming, and efficient environments.
Delivering excellence in leadership, and fostering a high support, high
challenge environment where colleagues are inspired, empowered, and
enabled to deliver their best work and contribute fully to the organisation’s
purpose. The Head of Compliance, Facilities and Estates will establish
strong working relationships across all functions, promote collaborative
working, and act as a guardian of the organisation’s values and
behaviours.

colleague experience, and drive Valleys to Coast forward as a landlord and
