We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for SEND, who will provide personal care and learning support for our children in Morley Church of England Primary Academy.
The successful applicant will form part of our committed and hard-working staff team, working primarily with a small number of our children with SEND communication and language needs. As well as time integrated into our EYFS/Y1 class, some time each day will be to support those children in our new sensory room and specially equipped small ‘Acorns’ classroom.
We are ideally seeking someone with SEND and Early Years experience, who is flexible, imaginative and creative, and skilled at supporting children’s pre-verbal communication through play, visuals and communication tools such as core boards.
Working Hours
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours of Monday to Friday.
