We Really Care. You Really Matter
Do you have what it takes to join our successful team?
To do so, you’ll be caring, dedicated, reliable and responsible and you’ll want a job that offers flexibility, with a supportive team, where you can make a difference. Enabling people to remain at home with the support you will provide.
We are a local, recognised, successful and highly respected domiciliary care provider, established for over 45 years. Our success is based on our high standards and the dedicated people we have in our team. We really do care and value our staff; our impressive and enviable retention rate is testament to that.
You do not need to be experienced or qualified, as we will provide all the necessary training. We will also provide paid-for training and support to complete your Care Certificate. You will need to be a driver with access to a car to travel between visits.
The Role:
In this role you will be delivering end of life care, to people in their own homes within the community.
This may involve personal care such as washing and dressing, providing simple meals, assisting with medication and promoting good health and wellbeing.
This role also comes with full training, where you will complete the Care certificate as part of your induction training, unless you already have a qualification in Health and Social Care and we also offer regular updates and opportunities to develop your skills.
To successful candidates we will offer:
