School Administrator (with Receptionist duties)

To help us, we wish to appoint a School Administrator (with Receptionist duties), who will provide a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-of-house service for our school community. Ensuring every child, parent, and visitor receives a positive experience.

We are looking to appoint someone with the following skills:

• Has a calm, patient personality, who has strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data appropriately
• An enthusiastic, highly committed and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• Commitment to working as a member of a team, and shows initiative to work independently
• Ability to adapt to changing, and sometimes, challenging environment
• Commitment to high professional and personal standards
