Leadership Opportunity to Shape Inclusive Provision
We are seeking an exceptional and forward-thinking SENDCo to join our thriving secondary school and lead the strategic development of SEND provision. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, passionate professional to shape our whole-school approach to inclusion and ensure that every young person can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
At the heart of our school is our belief in success for all. Our commitment to the values of kindness, curiosity and resilience underpins everything we do, and we are looking for a leader who embodies these principles in their practice and vision.
As SENDCo, you will play a key strategic role in supporting students with additional needs, working closely with staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers and enable every learner to thrive.
What the school offers its staff
