Your new company


My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their People team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment and HR life cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new employees. From managing paperwork and coordinating activities to maintaining accurate records, you'll play a key part in delivering a seamless onboarding process in line with company policies and legal requirements.


Your new role

  • Manage the ATR process, keeping systems up to date and sending weekly reports.
  • Assist with interview coordination when required.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Complete pre screening checks and oversee the pre-boarding process, liaising with departments and new hires.
  • Welcome new employees on day one and support managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee the probation process, escalating concerns to Employee Relations and completing relevant paperwork.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases with new hire and leaver information.
  • Create resignation and leaver letters and conduct exit interviews where appropriate.
  • Respond to employee queries and work collaboratively across the People team.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an HR role.
  • Familiarity with ATR and HR platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
