Job title - Product Costing Finance Manager

Salary - £55,000 – £60,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Location: Battersea / Evesham

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Costing Finance Manager to join the Harvey & Brockless team, part of
The Compleat Food Group, where your experience will make a real impact in a dynamic business!

This is your opportunity to make a significant difference in a fast-paced, dynamic company with a large and complex supply base
across the UK and overseas. In this role, you’ll introduce and embed standard costing principles, leveraging ERP capabilities to
set up sustainable processes that drive efficiency and insight across the business, ensuring these principles continue to deliver
value long into the future.

This role will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

* Reviewing current product costing process for both bought in and manufactured products across multiple sites
* Reviewing and understanding current ERP capabilities to support a Standard Product Costing approach
* Developing and embedding a full standard costing setup with H&B that can sustainably be continued on an ongoing basis
* Proactively working with external ERP and BI support teams to systemise the process and allow efficient and regular reporting
* Successfully train wider H&B finance team on the process, setup and reporting for ongoing continued use




Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) however QBE will also be considered
* Experience of working in manufacturing finance roles with additional previous product costing experience
* Proven track record of driving transformation
* Great communicator and comfortable with liaising with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong ERP Skills
* Strong excel skills
* A continuous improvement mindset
* Geographical Mobility essential due to multi-site responsibility
