Are you a compassionate and motivated clinical leader with a passion for HIV care and improving sexual health outcomes?
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader (Band 8a) to join our forward-thinking team at the Mortimer Market Centre in Camden.
In this key leadership role you will work closely with the Service Manager and senior clinicians to oversee the daily operational running of the HIV and ISH services — ensuring high standards of clinical care, patient safety, and service performance.
You will provide visible leadership to a skilled multidisciplinary team, supporting staff to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care for people living with HIV and those accessing sexual health services, with a particular focus on GBMSM communities. You will play a central role in developing inclusive, innovative, and responsive care pathways that reflect the needs and experiences of the diverse populations we serve.
We offer a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages professional development, innovation and collaborative working. If you are a dynamic and experienced clinician with proven leadership skills, a strong background in HIV & sexual health, and a passion for advancing equitable, high-quality care — we’d love to hear from you.
As Clinical Team Leader (HIV and Integrated Sexual Health), you will provide visible, supportive leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care at the Mortimer Market Centre.
You will take day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the HIV and ISH services, ensuring care is safe, effective, inclusive and responsive to the needs of our diverse population.
Your role will include leading the delivery of specialist HIV care, supporting people living with HIV to achieve the best possible health outcomes, and overseeing services in sexual health, including prevention, testing, treatment and health promotion initiatives.
You will drive service improvement and quality, support staff development through supervision and training, and ensure performance and safeguarding standards are consistently met.
You will bring strong leadership and communication skills, significant experience in HIV and/or sexual health care, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based services.
