We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work within our Early Years Foundation class. If you are qualified and experienced in Early Years, caring and are able to develop positive professional relationships with children, then this could be your ideal position. As a Learning Support Assistant you will assist in supporting in class, working with individuals and small groups of pupils.The successful candidate will have a relevant NVQ level 2 (or equivalent qualification) and be able to work effectively with young people in a formal education setting. It would be ideal if the candidate has experience of working with children with a range of SEND needs e.g. Autism, ADHD, (Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs).
