Summary
The Estates & Facilities Team at WM College is committed to providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment that supports learning and enhances the experience of all students, staff, and visitors.
As a Site Maintenance Officer, you will deliver high-quality reactive and planned building maintenance services, including project work, to ensure facilities operate efficiently. You will also assist curriculum teams in maintaining excellent teaching spaces.
The team serves as the first point of contact for first aid, security, alarm response, emergency repairs, and incident management and therefore the role requires a commitment to responding as a matter of urgency when needed. First Aid training can be given to the successful candidate.
The College is open for courses Monday through to Saturday during term-time and therefore operates a fair shift pattern to manage cover during these times.
Interviews are scheduled for Thursday 18th December 2025.
