Are you passionate about engineering, hands on learning, and helping the next generation of Engineers progress and achieve?
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Facilitator to play a key role in the delivery of our Engineering curriculum. You’ll be at the heart of a busy environment, keeping things running smoothly and safely, and to a high standard.
As a Workshop Facilitator you will:
Prepare, maintain and organise workshop tools, machinery and materials
Support staff by demonstrating, instructing and guiding students during practical sessions
Carry out routine maintenance
Manage stock levels and ensuring efficient use of resources
You will have:
Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant vocational area
GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
Experience of working in the Engineering or Education sector
First Aid qualification or willingness to achieve within 6 months
