Crynodeb
The Clinical Team Leader (HIV and Integrated Sexual Health) is a senior leadership role within the Mortimer Market Centre, providing operational and professional leadership for the HIV and ISH services. Working closely with the Service Manager, Clinical Leads, and Deputy Service Director, you will ensure services are safe, efficient, inclusive and aligned with the Trusts quality and performance standards. You will: Lead and support a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist HIV and sexual health care. Take day-to-day responsibility for service planning, performance management, and workforce coordination to ensure continuity and quality of care. Provide visible, supportive leadership that promotes staff wellbeing, professional development and clinical excellence. Oversee effective financial and resource management in collaboration with the Service Manager. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, care pathways and service improvements that enhance patient experience and outcomes. Support clinical governance, quality improvement, and audit initiatives across the service. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including commissioners, voluntary sector partners and community organisations.
