About the Role – Commercial Vehicle Repair Operative
As a Commercial Vehicle Repair Operative, you will carry out basic cosmetic repair works within a busy yard environment. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on repair skills who enjoys practical work and takes pride in vehicle presentation.
Key Responsibilities
As your next Commercial Vehicle Repair Operative, you will:
Carry out basic hand spraying on commercial vehicle panels
Perform panel beating and light body repair work
Complete general cosmetic and minor structural repairs
Prepare vehicles for customer hire standards
Maintain a clean, safe working area
Work effectively as part of a small, friendly team
What We’re Looking For
Experience in vehicle body repair, panel beating, or hand spraying
Ability to work independently in a yard environment
Solid attention to detail
Reliability and strong work ethic
Previous experience as a Commercial Vehicle Repair Operative, Vehicle Body Repairer, Bodyshop Operative, or Panel Beater (all considered)

Rowley Regis
Days: Monday to Friday
Rate: From £12.21 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
