Operations Manager needed in Wrexham Paying £23.17 per hr ref Or18438
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Housing Repairs, DLO repairs, and servicing/cyclical works.
- Lead and manage specialist programmes including:
- Cyclical painting
- Domestic servicing programmes
- Specialist maintenance
- Housing disrepair and damp management
- HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome) compliance
- Out-of-hours emergency response
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and optimise resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance and deliver continuous service improvements.
