About South Park Enterprise College
South Park Enterprise College is an independent SEMH specialist school for students aged 11-16, many with EHCPs and diagnoses such as ADHD or ASD.
We provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people who have struggled in mainstream schools or face exclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic SEND development
- Lead EHCP reviews (Annual, Interim, Emergency)
- Coordinate daily SEND support and provision
- Oversee looked after pupils
- Provide professional guidance to staff, parents, and agencies
- Advise on SEND budgets, resources, and staff training
- Promote inclusion and curriculum access
- Lead interventions and manage staff/resources
- Quality assure SEND teaching and learning
- Attend and review PEP meetings
Requirements
- Accredited SENDCo qualification
- Hold QTS or QTLS
- Passionate about education and inclusion
- Leadership experience
- Able to manage SEND provision with the Headteacher
