Keep it inclusive: Make sure every pupil feels safe, heard and ready to have a go.
What you’ll bring
Experience with children—in a school setting.
Clear, friendly communication and genuine enthusiasm for young learners.
Patience and resilience; you stay upbeat even when paint pots tip over.
Level 2/3 TA qualification (or similar) is a plus but not essential.
