We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in a supported living setting in Watford. You will support adults with autism and complex needs, including individuals who are non-verbal, to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Requirements
Minimum 3 months’ experience in a similar supported living or care environment
Experience administering medication
Experience supporting adults who are non-verbal
Caring, patient, and professional attitude

Promote communication and social interaction
Support with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and community activities
