Summary
Bin loader opportunities available in Leicestershire with an immediate start for successful candidates.
This is a hands-on job role where you will be the face of the bin collections in the local area.You will go out on the bin lorry, to set areas where you will load waste, recycling and garden waste bins onto the truck to be emptied.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hard-working and great team players. You will be professional when out on the rounds and be polite with members of the public.
You will be working outdoors, come rain or shine and walking throughout your whole shift therefore you must have a good level of fitness in this physical role.
Previous outdoors experience is required. You will be comfortable and happy to work outdoors no matter the weather. Due to location and start times you must live within walking distance or have your own transport.
Immediate starts availible following a successful induction.
Monday to Friday work with start times from 06:30. You will usually be finished no later than 14:30 and you will be paid a minimum of 7 hours per day.
You will be paid from £12.65 per hour. Bank Holidays are paid at double time, £25.30 per hour.
Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
