Our Client is currently hiring for a reputable organisation to support the delivery of a critical Multi-Service Transport capability, This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the transition of a complex system from development into operational service, ensuring a seamless and secure deployment.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and coordinating the entire service transition process, working closely with project teams, support staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.
- Managing change lifecycle activities, minimising disruption while implementing updates or new services.
- Ensuring operational readiness by overseeing testing, deployment, and performance evaluations.
- Defining and implementing processes for service transition, release, and operational acceptance.
- Evaluating risks and performance metrics to guarantee service quality before release.
- Acting as a key liaison between project teams, service owners, and support functions to align expectations and responsibilities.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering government IT projects, with a strong understanding of tailored process implementation.
- ITIL 3.0/4.0 qualification.
- Knowledge of Army communication systems is desirable.
- Ability to manage complex transition activities in a secure environment.
- SC clearance is essential, with willingness to commence DV clearance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
