Judged to be Good by Ofsted (February 2023), we are proud of our committed staff and aspirational pupils. We are looking to appoint a talented and ambitious Lead Practitioner for English. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising student outcomes and a strong understanding of teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will be:
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Have high expectations of students and what they can achieve
• Have strong subject knowledge
• Prepared to work collaboratively with colleagues both across the academy and the wider trust
• Able to develop and drive new initiatives and innovate practice
