What skills and experience we're looking for

Applications are invited from candidates who:

• Can work on their own and as part of a team
• Have experience of office admin roles, (not necessarily in education)
• Have excellent standards of numeracy, literacy and spoken English
• Can follow instructions and procedures without constant supervision
• Can use MS Office (including Word, Excel and Publisher) or other admin based systems
• Can work flexibly to cater for the varying needs of the school
• Can maintain systems such as filing, asset records etc. in a manner that ensures accuracy, confidentiality, rapid access and ease of use.
• Can support and promote our distinctive Christian ethos and values
• Be actively involved in all aspects of school life

The successful candidate will:

• Act as a first point of contact at the school dealing with frontline enquiries from parents, visitors, staff and children providing a professional and efficient reception service
• Undertake administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school
• Liaise with the current Admin assistant and Executive Head Teacher
• Be part of a valued team who are committed to building on the strengths of the school and show a commitment to the continued future development
