The role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced individuals to join our Project Support Team as Supervisors, supporting our prestigious clients nationwide. If you have a passion for cleaning, excellent attention to detail, and a drive to lead by example, this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role with real career potential.

Location: Crewe

Hours: 40 Hours per week- working pattern will vary depending on Location, and hours will average out to 36 per week.

Pay: £12.60

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

· Delivering high standards across facilities including washrooms, and other public spaces

· Keeping all toilets Clean of Litter, Spillages cleaned up, floors clean and tidy

· Keeping all consumables topped up

· Using a Pump to Unblock ( training Given ) should it be needed

· Carrying out the duties of a Janitor/Cleaner to the highest specification

· Carrying out general and specialist cleaning duties in line with the Role

· Ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly checked, used, and maintained

· Recording all work via a handheld device and reporting issues accurately

· Completing all duties in accordance with rail safety regulations and internal procedures

· Remaining flexible with working hours and willing to travel

· Sweeping floors including waiting rooms and entrances

· Emptying bins and removing waste

  • Willing to learn and develop
  • Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
  • Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team
  • Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Driving Licence (not required for all roles)

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
