Summary
Establish and foster effective working relationships and communication networks within the stroke team and other healthcare workers both within and external to the trust Contribute to the development of the specialist service in conjunction with other key staff involved in stroke care. Responsible for monitoring of sickness, absence, leave etc in line with Trust policy. Participate in research, clinical audit and evaluations within stroke services and identify innovative new ways of working. To manage complaints in accordance with Trust policy, ensuring learning occurs and changes are made, as appropriate To assist and maintain robust performance management data and evaluation systems which ensure the delivery of a patient focused, cost effective and efficient service Ensure that the service budget is managed within service budget allocation.
