We are seeking a Cleaning Support Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning teams across the Vale Federation , working within the Facilities & Estates Department to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the schools . This is your chance to make a real difference every day! About the Role In this hands-on role, you will c o-ordinate and supervise the current small team of cleaners to ensure jobs are completed effectively and efficiently . You will observe and follow the relevant Health & Safety, First Aid and Emergency procedures and ensure that the cleaning team are aware of these and their responsibilities. What We’re Looking For Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties Strong organisational and communication skills Physical fitness appropriate to allocated duties including lifting and moving equipment Good understanding and ability to use and learn relevant computer programmes Why Join Us?
