CARETAKER Hours: 30 hours per week Salary: Grade 4 £25,185 x 81.08% Contract: Permanent Start date: January 2026
The Governing Body of Hafod Primary School wish to appoint a trustworthy, reliable & enthusiastic person to the role of caretaker. The successful candidate will be required to undertake porterage / caretaking duties & general repairs / decoration and maintenance. The post also carries cleaning responsibilities, as well as monitoring the work of a cleaning contractor. Candidates should be well motivated, show initiative and have a flexible attitude towards the duties of the post & work that needs to be carried out at the school.
The closing date for applications is midnight on 10th December 2025. PROTECTING CHILDREN AND ADULTS AT RISK IS A CORE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SCHOOL AND COUNCIL.
