What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven success as a Nursery Manager, achieving strong Ofsted outcomes.
- Confident leader with excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills.
- Deep understanding of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding practices.
- A genuine love for nurturing children and supporting teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
