Your new role
Working as a Case Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the administration for student cases. This will include providing first-class customer service and administrative support to the wider team, as well as liaising and updating students on their individual cases. You'll be dealing with confidential and personal information, so a high level of professionalism is required at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have proven administrative and customer service skills. You'll be organised, emphatic, a good communicator via telephone and email. You'll be able to follow processes and be comfortable using in-house case management systems. You'll be a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP. This is an office based in central Cardiff. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Start time 8.30/9am, finish time 4.30pm/5pm. The role is likely to last between 3-6 months. The hourly rate for this position is £15.40 per hour.
