Summary
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Care Team Supervisor to join the dedicated team within a 36 bedded Residential Care Home in Hull.
The successful candidate will oversee the care team and ensure the safe delivery of care, support and medication and to ensure the needs of all residents are met to a high standard during your shift. You will be supported by the Registered Manager and duties will include
• Coaching and mentoring new and existing staff
• Reviewing care plans
• Preparing, administering, storing, recording and ordering medication
• Delivery of personal care
• Maintaining and developing professional relations with residents and family members
• Reporting any safeguarding concerns
• Promoting independence to residents at all times to improve their quality of life
We are inviting applications from experienced Senior Care Assistants with a genuine passion for delivery of high standards of care and who have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Care and have supervisory experience and the ability to prioritise workloads.
This is a full time permanent post 37 hours per week worked over 3 X12 hour shifts and offers a competitive salary of £13.21 per hour.
We have a day duty post AND a night duty post available.
