Greet and assist visitors, residents, or employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the sign-in/out process, check identification, and issue visitor passes.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure no unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Monitor and control building access points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Maintain key control procedures for both staff and visitors.
Implement proper security protocols to handle breaches or suspicious behavior.
Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas to identify any security risks.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities.
Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or safety hazards.
Report and document any security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities in detail.
Work with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
