The Role – School Administrator
We are seeking a professional, organised, and proactive School Administrator to join our friendly school office from January 2026. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day school operations. Responsibilities will include managing the school inbox and phone lines, maintaining accurate records, supporting attendance procedures, assisting parents and visitors, and working closely with senior leaders and teaching staff.
The ideal candidate will be confident using school management systems (or willing to learn), demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. A warm, welcoming manner and a commitment to supporting the school community are essential.
