Summary
Are you passionate about giving children the best possible start in their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting in the Dudley area. As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing, planning, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. You will work closely with the EYFS team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.A key part of the role will involve setting clear and achievable targets for pupils, monitoring progress effectively, and providing tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will adapt activities to meet individual needs and create a positive, stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience working in nursery settings or early years environments.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Ability to differentiate learning to support diverse needs, including SEN.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
