Job Purpose: To assist the Principal Repairs Officer – Repairs Delivery to provide a locally responsive, efficient, effective, customer focused, local repairs and maintenance service. Be responsible for achieving key performance targets locally. Ensure that statutory requirements are met and that the Service’s responsibilities are carried out to the highest standards within the area.

To be responsible for the management and supervision of staff within the operational area.

Requirements

Suitable technical qualification (Construction in the Built Environment HNC/HND/Degree) or be willing to undertake College studies to attain this.
