Summary

The Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll provide expert guidance and support across all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and engagement. You’ll act as a trusted partner to managers, helping them navigate complex people issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies and ETHOS. This is a hybrid role with travel.

Key Responsibilities

Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Assist with HR projects such as engagement initiatives, policy reviews, and change management.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
About You

Proven experience in an HR advisory role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
Travel is required across the region.
(central region; Telford, Burnley, Derby, Barnsley and Hull.)
