£29,813 - £30,951 per annum, inclusive of £2,997 per annum Distance Island Allowance

To provide administrative support for the Chief Officer and Partnership Services Senior Management Team to allow the service responsibilities to be discharged efficiently and effectively. As a key member of the team, the postholder is required to undertake responsibility for effective recording, processes and sharing of information internally and externally to the organisation, with the emphasis on sustaining high quality partnership working given the fundamental roles fulfilled by Partnership Services and the associated staff.

You must have proven experience of working in a busy office environment, support a number of different services areas along with a working knowledge of administrative and financial procedures within a large organisation. he following areas while working in a busy office environment: Invoicing and Purchase Orders, Petty Cash, Minute Taking and Spreadsheet Tracking.

It is essential that you have a SVQ Level 3 / HNC in Administration / Business Studies or equivalent level of qualification. Proficient keyboard skills, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for the post. It is essential that you have knowledge of office procedures and knowledge of records management and Data Protection Principles.

Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.
