To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
