Summary
We are excited to recruit for full-time and part-time Customer Care Representatives to join our team at Oakhouse Foods to support us on a fix term contract for a 3-month busy period.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment!
Immediate Start Availability!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all new customer enquiries received over the phone.
Serve customers with care, following our H.E.A.R.T framework.
Convert enquiries into orders at the first point of contact.
Assist the team with brochure fulfilment tasks.
You will need:
1.To be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers.
2.A clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
3. Many of our customers are older people, so you will need to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skills.
4.o have attention to details, patience, accuracy, ability to meet sales goals and data entry skills are required.
Hours of work across 5 days to include every other weekend and Bank Holidays.
