Join our Grounds Maintenance Team at L&Q:
We are seeking a Static Gardener/Grounds Maintenance Operative who is dedicated and easy-going individual to help maintain our schemes in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hedging, lawns, shrubs, and perennials, with the ability to organise and prioritise gardening tasks throughout the seasons and will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be IT literate.
Your impact in the role:
Mowing and lawn care
Planting and general aftercare
Pruning and hedge cutting
Weeding and border maintenance
General landscaping upkeep
Using horticultural machinery, including pedestrian mowers, hedge cutters, strimmer’s, and backpack blowers
Pesticide application PA1 & PA6
Working as part of a team
What you'll bring:
Horticultural experience
Good plant knowledge
Driving license – disable
Enjoys working outdoors.
