Summary
At SEEAT, inclusion isn't just a policy, it's a purpose. Across our nine schools, we're proud of our successes, but our ambitions remain high. We're looking for a Director of Inclusion and SEND to lead our Trust-wide strategy and ensure every child has the support they need to excel.
You'll develop, embed and monitor inclusive practice, mentor school leaders, and ensure that SEND provision is of the highest quality across the Trust.
This 0.4 FTE position can be arranged over 2 or 3 days, offering flexibility that fits your lifestyle. You'll also have access to structured professional development and coaching to support your ongoing career progression.
The role suits a highly experienced inclusion or SEND leader looking to expand their influence and work strategically across multiple schools.
You'll hold QTS, a SEND qualification, and bring extensive experience in improving outcomes through inclusive leadership.
Travel across all SEEAT schools will be necessary; The Deanes serves as our central base.
