Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for an enthusiastic and caring Senior Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established nursery group committed to high-quality childcare and professional development.

About the Role:
• Provide care and learning support for children aged 2 to 2.5 years
• Plan and implement fun, educational activities that encourage development through play
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in line with EYFS guidelines
• Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child’s needs
What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3+ Early Years qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar nursery role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Warm, patient, and nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary: £26,409 – £28,709 per annum
Hours: Full-time, all year round
