About the Role
Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a six-month contract, supporting their critical Incident Communication Services (ICS) team.
In this role, you will handle a variety of inbound calls, including reports on environmental incidents such as flooding, pollution, odours, and more. Full training is provided so you’ll feel fully prepared and confident handling these important calls. Ongoing support is also available at all times.
Once established, you may also be trained in handling Fishing Licence enquiries to support annual peak periods.
This is a full-time role with a fixed shift pattern, working between the core hours of 8am–6pm (shifts will be 8am–4pm / 9am–5pm / 10am–6pm).
Working Arrangements
Hybrid model: 1–2 days per week in the office, 3–4 days remote.
Training: First 2 weeks onsite in Sheffield, followed by hybrid training.
Candidates must be able to attend all training and commit to the fixed shift pattern.
